Sunday Ballroom at the KIA - The Dog Days of Summer…..….

We are already in August, the dog days of summer. There are many activities to fill our recreational time-boating, beaches, biking, etc. Thanks to the 50 people who came out to dance and support our club. The dancers were kept busy on the dance floor---not too many folks were sitting on the sidelines with the great selection of dance music. Everybody seemed to be exceptionally happy and energetic---maybe because the outdoor temperature was more moderate and the ballroom was comfortably cool for dancing.

About 35 people have taken advantage of the discounted price offered to season or snowbird pass holders; it's not too late to take advantage of this offer. A season pass for all nine dances is $90, or $10 per dance; a snowbird pass is $75 for any six dances, or $12.50 per dance. The day pass rate is $15.

The next dance is on Sept 14, 3-6 pm at the KIA.

See you then!

Board President
